Balaji Tambe Balguti is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal preparation used in many Indian homes to support infant health. It is often recommended to strengthen the immune system, improve digestion, promote growth, and prevent common illnesses such as colic, coughs, and colds.
Ideal Time to Start Balguti
Typically, you can start giving Balaji Tambe Balguti to your baby between 15 and 30 days of age, as directed by your pediatrician. Some families begin after the first 40 days postpartum, once the baby’s body has adjusted to the outside world.
Instructions
Start Age: Around 15 to 30 days of age.
Frequency: Generally once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Method: The powdered herbs are rubbed on a sandalwood stone with water, milk, or breast milk until a paste forms. The paste is then given to the baby.
Dosage: A very small, pea-sized amount (as per package instructions or your doctor’s recommendation).
