First of all, the climate in this region is very eerie: it’s foggy most of the time (90% of the time), even in summer. The presence of old structures built by the British, abandoned and eroded over time, makes the place even more eerie. As for the question of hauntings, I would probably say yes, after hearing from most of the locals. I’ve heard a lot of ghost stories, especially from the alpine ski school workers and students. But you have to experience it to be sure.
